1. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Music

Our catalog consists exclusively of original works created by professional human composers. While we recognize that AI tools may be used by some artists in the creative process, we require that all works submitted to After Sunset Music meet the following criteria:

• Original Authorship: The music must be created primarily by a human composer and must qualify for copyright protection under current law.
• AI Assistance Disclosure: If AI tools were used in the composition, arrangement, or production process, this must be disclosed to us. Such use will be reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with copyright and licensing standards.
• No Fully AI-Generated Works: We do not accept or distribute works that are generated entirely by artificial intelligence without meaningful human creative input.

2. Protection Against AI Data Mining

As a curator of a third-party rights catalog, we act as a representative for the composers and publishers who entrust us with their works. In this role, we affirm the following:

• We do not provide any works from our catalog for AI data mining, machine learning, or training purposes.
• We strictly prohibit the use of our catalog in datasets intended to train or develop AI systems without the explicit prior consent of the rights holders.
• Our mission is to protect the value of human creativity and ensure that the works in our catalog are licensed solely for legitimate uses in media, entertainment, and storytelling.
